OPI Silver shatter is well..a silver shatter. It dries and looks like foil! 
OPI Turquoise and Silver Shatter
I have nothing much to add to these comments. I didn’t *love* OPI Black shatter but the Silver shatter works great. And OPI La Paz-itively Hot provided a great contrasting background to the Silver shatter.
