Ok, I finally received my CP package today 🙂 So excited! Yum, look at that pretty algae green packaging 😛
Marine Life high-light powder
..yep, that’s it, folks!
I’m so freaking scared to use Marine Life cos the gold overspray disappears and you’re left with the raised corals and seahorse. Oh, and the colour of course but you know, the sea horse looks kinda naked without that gold overspray! 😦
For tha Aussies, To The Beach is due to be released in 2 weeks-ish – 21st June. So mark that date in your calendars 😀
& thanks to the Vogue Forums, here are some of the prices (commentary made by moi):
Marine Life – $55 (ouch! They retailed for $26USD+tax)
Lipsticks – $41
Lipglosses – $40
Eyeshadows – $37 (um..since when did LE special packaging mean we have to pay an extra $2? They still retailed for the same price as the normal black packaging in the US!)
Eye Kohls & Lip Liners – $32
Bronzing Powder – $45
Cream Bronzer – $48
Powder Blush – $45
Lustre Drops – $42
Bronze Body Oil- $48
Nail Polish – $22
I’m seriously templating getting another Marine Life to use and save one for the specialness that is the gold overspray. I don’t know.
Also, MAC. Why is Marine Life being marketed as a “high-light powder”? Sure, that gold overspray can highlight but that gold overspray also goes away after a couple of uses….? Heh. Better off as a blush but then that sounds too boring, eh?
