Fyrinnae Lip Lustres – Review & Swatches

I was lucky enoough to get my hands on 3 Fyrinnae lip lustres recently despite them being discontinued.

Meloncholy – bright coral-melon shimmer
Lace Gloves – sheer with pink and red highlights
Amplifier – medium shimmery pink-purple

According to Fyrinnae, the lip lustres are not intended for use as a lipgloss. These lip lustres were “non-sticky lipcolor stain[s]”. These retailed for $4.50usd off their website for 5.8ml. They come with a doe-foot applicator.

What I’ve noticed with these:
– when they’re first applied you get a kind of gritty feeling
– they dry down to a matte texture
– very smooth and easy to apply
– strong waxy smell
– stains very nicely as it wears off
