Lush Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter

I have ventured into the Lush store at QVB a number of times and have purchased many products as gifts and custom purchases but never as something for myself. I was always too overwhelmed with the smell (headache much?) and the amount of products on offer.

However, after hearing about the rave reviews for Lemony Flutter and it being a HG product of many beauty lovers (one of them being the lovely Jen from the Nail Polish Project), I just thought ‘Heck, why not!’ when I was in the city a couple of weekends ago.

It is probably one of the best purchases I have made so far this year albeit a tad expensive but I find that a lot of Lush’s stuff are overpriced. For $15.50, you get a 30ml tub. I love that it comes as a solid product (kinda like a chunk of butter lol) that has the same hue as like a lemon meringue or something. But don’t be fooled because as soon as you apply some on your cuticles, it just melts into your cuticles. The result? Soft cuticles looking their best. It’s been a long time since my cuticles have looked so…good! The Lemony Flutter cuticle butter moisturises the cuticles quickly and quite effectively, I must say. I have noticed a decrease in regards to my usual dry cuticles! As the name suggests, it does have a strong lemony scent but I don’t mind it.

This is a definite repurchase for me and of course, HG material. I love that I no longer have dry cuticles lol.
